At the CNF Board of Directors meeting, we welcomed our new president, Ann Tilton, MD and new member, Julie Gilbert. We bid fond farewells to Bill Trescher, MD, past president and member, Shafali Spurling Jeste, MD. Don Shields, MD received an Honorary Director position.
CNF announced that it had been selected for a PCORI Pipeline to Proposal Award. This award will look at peer support models for families living with neurologic conditions. CNF’s Family Support & Empowerment Program (FSEP) continues to provide support to families.

The CNF symposium on SUDEP Awareness SOLD OUT! The Danny Did Foundation, our lead advocacy partner in this initiative, joined us as this interactive session was positively received by an engaged audience. Dr Bill Trescher promoted the symposium live on a local KC news station. More on SUDEP.

CNF hosted the annual Corporate Advisory Board (CAB) meeting, where current and potential CAB partners were invited to a fun evening of CNF programmatic highlights and accomplishments, engaging talks, and networking. In addition, CNF leadership met individually with many of our CAB partners. We continue to be grateful for their partnerships.
