This week, we take an in-depth look at a rare disease that impacts some children in our community – a condition known as TANGO2.
Ebony Hill is the parent to two children diagnosed with TANGO2 and Dr. Samuel Mackenzie is a pediatric neurologist specializing in neuromuscular medicine and rare neurogenetic diseases affecting children.
They candidly discuss getting a diagnosis, raising children affected by TANGO2, and share their advice for other parents. A special appearance is made by Kasha Morris, the co-founder of the Tango2 Research Foundation and mom to a 19-year-old with the condition.
