Our partners at CURE are proud to report that enrollment in the Epilepsy Genetics Initiative (EGI) database continues to grow, with 53 individual epilepsy patients and 174 total participants currently registered.

By building a database of genetic information for researchers to analyze, CURE’s signature EGI program hopes to advance the science behind precision treatment for individuals facing different types of epilepsy.

Your Support is Needed!

EGI is open to anyone who has epilepsy and who has had required genetic testing completed. We are asking all CURE supporters to help us communicate with family or friends that may benefit from the answers EGI will provide over time.

There are two easy ways to enroll:  

1) directly at one of the eight official EGI enrollment locations (listed below), or

2) by contacting CURE to get set up and find a site that does remote enrollment
